Terms of service

KevTech Solution Engine ("the Engine") is an AI-assisted pre-sales tool. You describe a project and the Engine generates a Requirements Brief, Solution Design, Technical Spec, Estimate, and related deliverables based on what you provide. It is a drafting aid, not a substitute for your own professional judgment — you're responsible for reviewing and, where needed, revising anything before you send it to a client or rely on it in an engagement.

Ownership of deliverables. Once you pay to unlock a report, the generated Brief, Solution Design, Technical Spec, Estimate, Statement of Work, Spec Package, Architecture Review, and any other artifacts produced for that project are yours. You may use, edit, white-label, and resell them as part of your own client work, without restriction or attribution requirement.

Acceptable use. Don't use the Engine to generate content for an unlawful purpose, to misrepresent AI-generated work as something it isn't when a client specifically asks, or to attempt to circumvent the usage limits on your account tier.

No warranty on accuracy. Estimates, pricing ranges, and technical recommendations are generated from the information you provide and general platform knowledge — they aren't a guarantee of project outcome, cost, or timeline. Always apply your own expertise before committing to a number with a client.

Privacy policy

What we collect. Your account email, the project details you enter (organization, industry, requirements, notes), and the reports generated from them. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.

How it's used. Project details are sent to Anthropic (and, as a fallback, OpenAI) to generate your reports, and — for the Pricing stage only — to Tavily for live web search. These are processing subprocessors, not resellers of your data; none of them retain or use your project content to train their models under our account terms with them. We don't sell your data or share it with anyone else.

Retention. Your projects and reports stay in your account for as long as it's active. If a self-serve account's paid access window lapses and stays inactive, its data remains queryable for 60 days afterward (for support purposes) before it becomes eligible for deletion — new runs are blocked immediately on expiry regardless.

Your control. Email kevtechconsult@gmail.com to request your data be exported or deleted at any time.

Analytics and cookies. We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics that does not track individuals across sites. We also set one first-party functional cookie (kt_attr) recording how you first reached us — the campaign or referring site — so we can tell which of our own posts brought you here. It contains no personal information, is never shared, and expires after 90 days.

Refund policy

Every account gets one free preview run before you pay anything — it runs the same underlying pipeline as a paid unlock, so you can judge output quality on a real project before committing. Because of that, purchases (the one-time unlock, run add-ons, and membership charges) are final once a report is unlocked.

That said — if something went wrong on our end (a failed run that consumed a purchase, a billing error, a duplicate charge), email kevtechconsult@gmail.com and we'll make it right.

Membership cancellation. The $247/mo Consultant membership can be cancelled anytime from the billing portal (linked from your project page once active). Cancelling stops future renewals — you keep unlimited access through the end of the billing period you already paid for, then your account reverts to whatever runs/ window remain from your last one-time purchase, if any.
